Role and  Responsibilities:

• Manage product development lifecycle from concept to delivery
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams
• Monitor market trends to align with consumer preferences
• Ensure timely execution of merchandising calendars
• Support the sales team with product insights and updates

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• 2–3 years of experience in merchandising (preferably in sportswear or athleisure)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Understanding of fashion and sports apparel trends
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
