Role and Responsibilties:
The Mathematics Teacher will teach mathematical concepts, including basic arithmetic, algebra, geometry, problem-solving, and other relevant topics according to the school curriculum.
Prepare and deliver effective daily lesson plans.
Teach subject-related concepts according to the prescribed curriculum.
Explain difficult topics in simple and understandable ways.
Conduct classroom activities, tests, quizzes, and assignments.
Evaluate students' performance and maintain academic records.
Identify students' learning difficulties and provide additional support.
Maintain classroom discipline and encourage student participation.
Develop students' critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Communicate students' progress and academic concerns to school management and parents.
Use creative and modern teaching techniques to make learning effective.
Maintain a supportive, friendly, and professional classroom environment.
Participate in staff meetings and other academic activities.
Skills and Qualification:
BS / MSc in Mathematics for Mathematics Teacher.
B.Ed or M.Ed will be preferred.
Relevant professional teaching diploma or certification will be an advantage.
Previous teaching experience at school level is preferred.
Fresh candidates with strong subject knowledge may also apply.
Ability to teach students according to the prescribed curriculum.
Understanding of modern teaching methods and classroom activities.
