Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement daily lesson plans in accordance with the school curriculum.
  • Teach mathematics to students at the assigned grade level (e.g., middle school, high school).
  • Use a variety of instructional strategies and resources to meet diverse learning needs.
  • Assess, record, and report student progress and performance.
  • Provide extra support and guidance to students who need additional help.
  • Prepare students for internal and external examinations.
  • Maintain an orderly and positive classroom environment.
  • Integrate technology and practical examples to make learning more interactive.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and school administration regarding student progress.
  • Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school activities.

Required Skills

 

Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Teaching certification or license (as required by the institution).
  • Strong knowledge of mathematical concepts and teaching methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire students.
  • Good classroom management and organizational skills.
