Job Summary
ROLE PURPOSE Provide reliable, high-quality marketing production support so Marketing Manager and sales teams have the product content, campaigns, presentations, and sales tools they need to grow the business.
Primary Responsibilities:
Product Marketing Materials
- Create and maintain product spec sheets, brochures, flyers, catalogs, installation guides, comparison sheets, presentations, sales sheets, application guides, and product-launch materials.
- Use product information provided by company and ensure materials are technically accurate, professionally formatted, consistent with brand standards, and easy for customers and salespeople to understand.
Catalog Management
- Maintain master product catalog files and support recurring catalog updates.
- Add new products, update current products, remove discontinued products, and replace older versions.
- Maintain consistent specifications, photography, file naming, and version control.
- Coordinate product information with the Website, E-Commerce & SEO Specialist so web and marketing materials stay synchronized.
- Support catalogs for commercial lighting, hospitality lighting, custom lighting, EV charging, window treatments, signage, and future product categories.
Graphic Design & Content Production

Create flyers, brochures, social graphics, email graphics, trade-show materials, presentations, project sheets, case studies, promotional assets, product images, and digital advertisements.
- Perform basic photo editing including cropping, background removal, brightness/contrast correction, product cleanup, image sizing, and marketing compositions.
- Use AI-enabled design and productivity tools appropriately while maintaining human review and brand quality.
Zoho Marketing Support
- Build email campaigns and templates; import, clean, and segment contact lists; schedule and test campaigns; review analytics; and maintain list quality.
- Build or support drip campaigns for trade-show leads, contractors, distributors, hotel owners, property managers, architects/designers, existing customers, product launches, and re-engagement.
- Prepare and schedule social-media posts, maintain content calendars, create graphics/captions, and track basic engagement metrics.
- Support Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Social, and related tools as assigned by the Marketing Manager.
Sales Support
- Create customer presentations, proposal graphics, product comparisons, project examples, case studies, customer-specific brochures, product selections, rep-agency materials, distributor materials, and marketing packages.
- Respond to time-sensitive sales requests professionally and accurately.
Project & Case Study Development
- Organize completed-project photography and turn projects into usable marketing assets.
- Edit and improve photos, prepare case studies, create social posts, build project sheets, and maintain a searchable project library.
- Support projects across hotels, apartments, restaurants, convenience stores, religious facilities, commercial buildings, custom lighting, signage, and other company markets.
Marketing Asset Organization
- Maintain an organized digital library for logos, product images, spec sheets, brochures, catalogs, installation guides, videos, project photography, presentations, trade-show materials, social graphics, and brand files.
- Follow consistent naming, version-control, and archive standards so the U.S. team can quickly find the current file.
First 90-Day Priorities
- Audit existing spec sheets and identify missing or outdated product information.
- Standardize spec-sheet and marketing-material design templates.
- Organize product photography and establish image naming/version-control standards.
- Organize existing brochures, catalogs, presentations, and other marketing assets.
- Establish catalog version control and a repeatable update process.
- Clean and organize Zoho marketing lists and reusable campaign templates.
- Assist with trade-show and event lead follow-up campaigns.
- Build reusable social-media and email templates.
- Organize completed-project photography and create initial case studies/project sheets.
- Create a practical marketing asset folder structure for the U.S. team.
- Document repeatable workflows for recurring marketing requests.
- Build a visible task backlog and weekly production reporting process.

Required Skills

- Graphic-design ability and strong PowerPoint skills
- Experience creating brochures, catalogs, spec sheets, presentations, or other marketing collateral

Work Schedule & Communication
The employee should be available for at least 2–3 hours of overlap with U.S. Central Time business hours when required. The employee will maintain regular work updates, a weekly completed-project report, weekly priorities, and an active task list coordinated with the Marketing Manager.
HOW PERFORMANCE IS JUDGED Performance will be evaluated primarily on output, accuracy, responsiveness, quality, and the ability to complete marketing work independently—not simply on hours spent working.
