We are looking for a skilled and proactive Marketing Officer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our growing team. This is a remote position ideal for someone who understands B2B marketing strategies and has hands-on experience managing social media platforms and paid advertising campaigns.

Role and Responsibilities:
Plan and execute B2B marketing strategies
Manage company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Create and schedule posts consistently
Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.)
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics
Generate leads through digital marketing channels
Design engaging graphic posts using Canva or similar tools
Coordinate with management for campaign planning and branding consistency
Skills and Qualification:
Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience
Strong knowledge of B2B marketing
Experience in social media management and ads management
Ability to track campaign performance and provide analytical reports
Proficiency in Canva or other graphic design tools
Good communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup
