Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Marketing Officer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our growing team. This is a remote position ideal for someone who understands B2B marketing strategies and has hands-on experience managing social media platforms and paid advertising campaigns.

Job Type:: Remote (Work from home) 30 hours a week

Role and Responsibilities: 

  • Plan and execute B2B marketing strategies

  • Manage company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

  • Create and schedule posts consistently

  • Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.)

  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics

  • Generate leads through digital marketing channels

  • Design engaging graphic posts using Canva or similar tools

  • Coordinate with management for campaign planning and branding consistency

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience

  • Strong knowledge of B2B marketing

  • Experience in social media management and ads management

  • Ability to track campaign performance and provide analytical reports

  • Proficiency in Canva or other graphic design tools

  • Good communication and organizational skills

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup
