Job Summary
The Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support overall business growth. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Role and Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with company goals.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
Support brand positioning and messaging strategies.
Skills and Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Additional certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot) are an added advantage.
Work Experience
1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
Experience managing social media platforms, campaigns, or marketing projects.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads).
Ability to use design and content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
Marketing & Communication Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
Strong understanding of branding, customer engagement, and market trends.
