Role and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies
Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness
Lead, train, and manage the sales team to achieve targets
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
Set sales targets and monitor team performance
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis

Skills and Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as a Marketing and Sales Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of sales techniques and marketing strategies
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze data and prepare performance reports
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
