Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage daily hotel operations.

  • Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, food & beverage, and maintenance departments.
  • Monitor staff performance, attendance, and productivity.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Manage hotel bookings, reservations, and occupancy levels.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hospitality standards throughout the hotel.
  • Prepare operational reports and maintain records.
  • Assist in budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and industry regulations.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in hotel or hospitality management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software is preferred.
