As we expand our real estate portfolio, we are seeking a seasoned, performance-oriented Manager –Sales & Marketing to lead strategic revenue growth and drive market positioning for our flagship developments.
This is a leadership role requiring a results-driven professional with strong commercial acumen, deep market understanding, and a proven ability to convert opportunities into measurable sales outcomes.
Role Overview
The Manager –Sales & Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies, accelerating sales performance, strengthening brand positioning, and leading the overall customer acquisition lifecycle. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in ensuring sustained bookings, optimal inventory turnover and strong investor confidence.
Role and Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Leadership
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with revenue targets and project timelines.
- Drive consistent achievement of booking and collection targets.
- Develop sales teams, channel partners, brokers, and institutional clients.
- Monitor sales pipeline, conversion metrics, and cash flow forecasting.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value transactions.
Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning
- Design and execute performance-driven marketing campaigns (digital, print, on-ground activations).
- Optimize lead generation funnels and enhance cost-efficiency of customer acquisition.
- Oversee branding initiatives, promotional materials, and project launches.
- Strengthen online presence through digital marketing, CRM management, and data analytics.
Market Intelligence & Commercial Planning
- Conduct detailed market research, pricing analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
- Recommend pricing strategies and promotional schemes to maximize absorption rates.
- Track industry trends, buyer behavior, and investment patterns.
Customer Experience & Relationship Management
- Ensure a seamless customer journey from inquiry to booking and post-sales engagement.
- Maintain high standards of transparency and regulatory compliance.
- Build long-term relationships with investors and key stakeholders.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and drive accountability.
- Foster a performance-oriented and ethical sales culture.
Representation & External Engagement
- Represent AKICT at industry events, conferences, exhibitions, and investor forums to strengthen brand visibility and market positioning.
- Build strategic relationships with stakeholders, partners, and industry leaders.
- Serve as an ambassador of the organization, ensuring consistent and professional representation aligned with AKICT’s values and objectives.

Required Skills
Qualifications & Experience
- Gradate/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in marketing and sales
- Experience in real estate developments, banking or related fields will be preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving ambitious revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of the property market and investor dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and data-driven reporting.
