Job Summary

Primary Job Role:

  • Summarize in one statement why the job exists; and how it contributes to the overall mission/ objective of  the organization
  • To manage the activities of sales team specified geography, product line, market segment to achieve sales establishment.
  • To team up with all team members to achieve all objectives and goals that are given to team
  • To work closely with other Functions in Organization and build up a consistent organizational network

Responsibility:

  •  Develop sales plans, activities, and campaigns and manage the day-to-day activities of a sales team
  •  Prepare sales forecasts and budgets monthly
  • Monitor sales volume, revenues, and cost against forecasts to identify problem areas; and adapt procedures or re-allocate resources to improve the overall performance of the sales team.
  • Negotiate sales with existing and new customers who are of strategic importance to the organization.
  • Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, and customer retention, advertising, pricing and distribution strategies for area of responsibility.      

Main Focus Area:

  • Manage daily/ weekly/ monthly sales activities and work on increasing of sales in the market to compete with other competitors in the market.

  • Maintain consistent & efficient organizational network:
  • Liaise with functional or operational Managers to develop and implement organizational relations programs or activities that are appropriate for business needs.
  • Lead, direct, evaluate a team of sales and communications professionals to make sure that all sales works are conducted in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Closely co-operate with functional Managers for smoothly operating.

Required Skills

At least 5 years practical working experiences in a logistics & transport operation field
