Job Summary

The Manager Operations – Zoo will be responsible for leading the Zoo operations in Punjab, including oversight of the existing setup and the upcoming project.

• This role involves strategic planning, team management, budget oversight, and ensuring an exceptional visitor experience while maintaining high standards of animal care, safety, and facility management.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• Education: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of managerial experience in Zoo operations or related animal facility, with strong exposure to customer service and visitor experience management.
