Job Summary

Job Purpose: To design, implement, and monitor training initiatives for families with earning potential but limited opportunities. The Manager will ensure effective utilization of allocated funds to empower families through skill development, financial literacy, and sustainable livelihood opportunities.

Role and  Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training modules tailored to family needs
  • Conduct thorough family assessments to identify earning potential and training requirements
  • Coordinate with trainers, institutions, and other related partners
  • Manage and monitor fund allocation with transparency and compliance
  • Prepare periodic financial and impact reports
  • Establish KPIs and conduct monitoring & evaluation of training outcomes
  • Follow up with families to assess long-term sustainability
  • Build partnerships with NGOs, vocational centers, and microfinance institutions
  • Supervise program staff and volunteers
  • Ensure timely execution of training schedules and documentation
     

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Education, or Development Studies
  • 3–5 years of experience in program management, training, or community development
  • Proven track record in managing funded projects or livelihood programs
  • Strong financial management and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Knowledge of vocational training, microfinance, or social entrepreneurship
  • Ability to design monitoring frameworks and impact assessment tools
  • Integrity, transparency, and commitment to social impact
  • Problem-solving mindset with empathy for marginalized communities
