Job Summary

Manager Human Resources will serve the role as Generalist, managing the HR functions for Institution, including recruitment and selection, performance management system, organizational development, policy development, employee relations and compensation/benefits.

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all Recruitment activities on a pan Pakistan basis.
  • Responsible for On boarding activities of new incumbents on pan Pakistan basis.
  • Prepare, manage and coordinate with Council and institution regarding monthly attendance and leave records.
  • Preparing & processing monthly payroll, along with its’ reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with health & life insurance companies for employ registration, data updates, deletion and claims reimbursement.
  • Ensure accurate and timely issuance of contract / probation/ confirmation letters.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of final settlements.
  • Ensure proper record keeping and accessibility of all employee personnel files.
  • Ensure accurate and timely accessibility of data as and when required by the management.
  • Preparing & Implementation of Performance Appraisal process, including salary review and promotions.
  • Development of yearly Training Need Analysis & accordingly plan Implementation of Training activities for the Staff on pan Pakistan basis and providing professional development opportunities.
  • Preparation of yearly HR budget.
  • Review and upgrade HR Policy Manual.
  • Preparation & review of HR Dashboard on a monthly basis & providing the same to Head HR.
  • Maintaining MIS of all HR related database & reporting
  • Responsible for preparation & review of all HR related reporting to Senior Management.
  • Responsible for providing support in the Departmental Audit as & when carried out and also rectifying all observations in a timely & accurate manner.
  • Assisting Head HR in day-to-day activities of the HR Department.

Required Skills

Education and Experience

  • Incumbent must Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration from a reputable institution with at least 5 years of experience in management of HR Function.
  • S/he must have excellent command over spoken and written English.
  • S/he must demonstrate highest level of ethical behavior and should have excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate interaction with the workforce.
  • S/he should be flexible in order to adapt to changes in work environment.
  • S/he should have excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • S/he must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
