Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day store operations.

  • Recruit, train, and manage store staff.

  • Monitor sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

  • Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and supplier coordination.

  • Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics.

  • Implement store policies, procedures, and promotional activities.

  • Maintain store standards including cleanliness, displays, and compliance with company guidelines.
