CDF is seeking applicants for the position of Management Trainee - TKN, based at the Head Office in Karachi.
MTO- TKN
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our TKN Department as a Management Trainee Officer (MTO). As an MTO, you will work closely with the Assistant Manager- TKN to support the recruitment and management of volunteers. This is a hands-on role that offers a unique opportunity to develop leadership and organizational skills while making a positive difference in the community.
Functional Responsibilities:
Assist in the Volunteer Recruitment Cycle for all the TORs/ requests received from institutions at all levels; National, Regional, and Local level and also AKDN institutions.
Collaborate with Institutions to identify volunteers' needs and place them at the right place where their skill set matches.
Maintain the database management system of TKN volunteers. Timely update the TKN profile as and when received.
Provide ongoing support and supervision to staff and volunteers in various administrative tasks as needed.
Arranging quarterly meetings with the Regions/Institutions to share their status/ performance.
Review and finalize the TORs (Terms of References) shared by Institutions to be further shared to the TCO (TKN Coordinating Office) for approval.
Establish and maintain effective communication channels with TKN volunteers and other stakeholders.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an HEC-recognized university.
Fresh graduate or at least six months of work experience.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Awareness of HR functions preferably with recruitment.
Must be able to compile and draft reports.
Must have the ability to multitask and to accomplish tasks under pressure with stringent deadlines.
Must have good interpersonal and coordination skills with the ability to work well in team
Having command in using MS Office applications is a must.
Strong motivational skills and experience with community work.
Willingness to work on any additional task as assigned by the Management.
Requires a flexible schedule to accommodate a non-traditional work week, including some evenings and weekends.
