Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Management Trainee Officer (MTO) to join our Human Resources team.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their suitability for open positions.
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates regarding interview details.

Interview Coordination:

  • Arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, including arranging interview rooms and ensuring necessary resources are available.
  • Communicate interview schedules and details to all relevant parties.

Record Maintenance:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, including application materials, interview notes, and other relevant information.
  • Organize and manage HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Generate reports and metrics as needed to track recruitment and hiring activities.

CV Shortlisting:

  • Review and screen incoming resumes to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Shortlist candidates based on specified criteria and requirements provided by hiring managers.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers regarding candidate suitability.

Other Administrative Duties:

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives, including employee engagement activities, training programs, and performance management processes.
  • Handle inquiries from candidates and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

Required Skills

Skills:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 3 to 6 months of relevant experience.
  • The individual must have hands-on experience in MS Office.
  • S/He must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Urdu languages.
