Assess the training and development needs of the organization and design a range of learning interventions to meet these needs (70-20-10 Framework)
Manage Hubco’s Performance Management System based on best practices with the aim to provide a fair and transparent performance management process across the organization
Manage Hubco’s monthly engagement surveys and ensure necessary action taking
Actively work with HRBPs to roll out and embed the Corp. initiatives while strengthening local execution ability and ensuring consistency of approach
Engage and manage extensive internal and external stakeholders
