Job Summary

The Hub Power Company Ltd. is looking for a fresh or beginning level candidate to join them as MT HR. The core responsibilities will be

  • Assess the training and development needs of the organization and design a range of learning interventions to meet these needs (70-20-10 Framework)
  • Manage Hubco’s Performance Management System based on best practices with the aim to provide a fair and transparent performance management process across the organization
  • Manage Hubco’s monthly engagement surveys and ensure necessary action taking
  • Actively work with HRBPs to roll out and embed the Corp. initiatives while strengthening local execution ability and ensuring consistency of approach
  • Engage and manage extensive internal and external stakeholders
