Role and Responsibilities:
Greet and guide customers entering the mall and provide necessary assistance.
Handle customer inquiries related to stores, promotions, events, and mall facilities.
Assist customers in locating shops, washrooms, food court, exits, and other mall services.
Manage and resolve customer complaints politely and escalate issues when needed.
Support mall operations such as monitoring visitor flow and maintaining order during peak hours.
Provide support during events, special promotions, and activities within the mall.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of customer service desks/kiosks.
Skills and Qualification:
Minimum Intermediate qualification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-service mindset.
Ability to work in mall-based shifts.
