Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and skilled Male Team Leader for our Graphics & Media Team. The ideal candidate will manage a team of designers, oversee media projects, and demonstrate strong expertise in graphic design, video editing, photography, and AI-based tools.

Role and  Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the graphics and media team.
• Manage and deliver creative projects from concept to execution.
• Oversee visual content creation, including graphics, videos, and photography.
• Ensure all creative work aligns with brand identity and project goals.
• Collaborate with other departments on cross-functional initiatives.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• Relevant degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Media Studies, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in graphic design, media production, and team leadership.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, etc.).
• Good command of professional photography (shooting and editing).
• Experience with AI tools and their execution in creative projects.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure
