Job Summary

AKES, Pakistan - Education Office, South, invites applications from eligible and interested candidates to fill the following position at Sultan Mahomed Shah Aga Khan School, Karachi.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in integrating technology into lesson plans and classroom activities
• Support the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS), educational software, and digital tools
• Train and mentor teachers through workshops and professional development sessions
• Guide students in the effective and responsible use of educational technology
• Support project-based and technology-driven learning activities
• Provide basic troubleshooting support during lessons
• Collaborate with teachers to design technology-enhanced learning materials
• Integrate digital literacy, research skills, and basic coding into lessons where required
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of technology integration
• Deliver lessons in assigned subjects using tech-supported instructional methods
• Promote critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and digital citizenship

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field
• Teaching certification preferred
• Strong command of primary-level subjects (English, Math, Science, Social Studies)
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Ability to engage and motivate young children
• Creative, patient, and child-centered teaching approach
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

 

• Final recruitment will depend on the availability of positions in each category.

• Negative marking of 0.25 will apply for each incorrect answer in the CBT.
