Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales function and develop strategic plans to achieve revenue and market share goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key clients.
  • Identify business opportunities and expand product reach across regions.
  • Oversee and mentor the sales team to deliver consistent performance.
  • Leverage expertise in sandpaper and related products to drive synergy and cross-selling.
