Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, and social media.

  • Generate qualified leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and digital campaigns.

  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information.

  • Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and decision-making potential.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective outreach strategies.

  • Schedule meetings or demos between qualified prospects and the sales team.

  • Track and analyze lead generation metrics to improve performance.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects to support future business opportunities.

 

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.

  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.

  • Strong analytical and research skills.

Timing will be 8:30pm - 4:30am (Mon - Fri) and Saturday (9 - 12)

Salary will be market competitive 
Basic salary (25000 to 40000) with highly commission.

Warehouse in USA (not a call center, but yes it’s outbound sales)
