Role and Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, and social media.
Generate qualified leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and digital campaigns.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information.
Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and decision-making potential.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective outreach strategies.
Schedule meetings or demos between qualified prospects and the sales team.
Track and analyze lead generation metrics to improve performance.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects to support future business opportunities.
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree.
Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Timing will be 8:30pm - 4:30am (Mon - Fri) and Saturday (9 - 12)
Salary will be market competitive
Basic salary (25000 to 40000) with highly commission.
Warehouse in USA (not a call center, but yes it’s outbound sales)
