Job Summary

DGTX is looking for a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive | Etisalat Premium Channel Partner located in Karachi. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls, answering incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, generating sales leads, closing sales, and providing support to customers. Other day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, keeping accurate records, and participating in training sessions.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain product features and benefits
  • Experience in customer service and customer support with the ability to quickly resolve customer issues
  • Proven sales skills with the ability to persuade and close deals
  • Willingness to participate in training and continuous development
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Fluency in English and Urdu with strong language proficiency
  • Experience in telesales or call centre environment is preferred
  • A bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field is a plus

 

Required Skills

Skills:

  • Must be fluent in English have good communication skills
  • 1-2 years of Tele-calling experience (preferred outbound sales)
  • Telecom experience would be preferred.
  • O/A level / inter / graduate can apply.

Day Shift 10 am to 7 pm

Monday to Saturday
