Role and Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads through online research, networking, and outbound calls.
Conduct cold calls and email campaigns to potential clients.
Qualify leads based on defined criteria and business requirements.
Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate customer information.
Schedule meetings or appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead generation strategies.
Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation activities.
Skills and Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales (Fresh candidates can also apply).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
