Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new leads through online research, networking, and outbound calls.

  • Conduct cold calls and email campaigns to potential clients.

  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and business requirements.

  • Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate customer information.

  • Schedule meetings or appointments for the sales team.

  • Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead generation strategies.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation activities.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 2 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales (Fresh candidates can also apply).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.

  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
