Manage front-desk operations, greet visitors, and handle incoming calls and correspondence.
Maintain office files, records, and documents in an organized manner.
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Support administrative and HR functions such as maintaining attendance records, preparing letters, and handling office supplies.
Manage office inventory and ensure timely procurement of stationery and other essentials.
Prepare and format reports, memos, and other official documents.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Maintain a clean and professional office environment.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate with relevant experience.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional attitude, punctuality, and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
