Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage front-desk operations, greet visitors, and handle incoming calls and correspondence.
  • Maintain office files, records, and documents in an organized manner.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Support administrative and HR functions such as maintaining attendance records, preparing letters, and handling office supplies.
  • Manage office inventory and ensure timely procurement of stationery and other essentials.
  • Prepare and format reports, memos, and other official documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Maintain a clean and professional office environment.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate with relevant experience.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional attitude, punctuality, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
