Job Summary
Role and Responsibilities:
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff in food preparation activities.
- Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and ingredients as required.
- Clean kitchen utensils, equipment, and work areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Help with loading and unloading kitchen supplies.
- Store food items properly according to safety guidelines.
- Dispose of kitchen waste appropriately.
- Refill ingredients and kitchen supplies when needed.
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
- Previous kitchen or hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
- Team-oriented and hardworking attitude.
