Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assist chefs and kitchen staff in food preparation activities.
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and ingredients as required.
  • Clean kitchen utensils, equipment, and work areas.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
  • Help with loading and unloading kitchen supplies.
  • Store food items properly according to safety guidelines.
  • Dispose of kitchen waste appropriately.
  • Refill ingredients and kitchen supplies when needed.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Previous kitchen or hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
  • Team-oriented and hardworking attitude.
