Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assist chefs and cooks in basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables, cleaning ingredients, and arranging utensils.

  • Wash, peel, and cut fruits and vegetables as required.

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, including cleaning workstations, utensils, and cooking equipment.

  • Help in storing and organizing kitchen supplies properly.

  • Dispose of kitchen waste according to safety and hygiene standards.

  • Assist in serving food during peak hours if required.

  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

 

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

 

  • revious experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment is an advantage but not mandatory.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good physical stamina and attention to cleanliness.

  • Team player with a positive attitude.
