Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in basic food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.

  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.

  • Wash dishes, pots, and kitchen tools.

  • Ensure proper storage of food items according to safety standards.

  • Dispose of kitchen waste properly and maintain hygiene standards.

  • Support chefs and cooks during busy hours.

  • Receive and organize kitchen supplies and stock.

  • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant is an advantage (Fresh candidates can apply).

  • Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.

  • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
