We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our multinational clients. The ideal candidate must have strong command over MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a proactive attitude toward client servicing in a fast-paced advertising environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned multinational clients, ensuring smooth and consistent communication.
Develop a deep understanding of client needs and translate them into actionable advertising solutions.
Manage end-to-end account coordination, including planning, execution, and monitoring of outdoor advertising campaigns.
Prepare client presentations, campaign reports, and performance reviews using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Collaborate with internal departments (Creative, Operations, Finance) to ensure timely and quality delivery of services.
Monitor campaign performance and proactively recommend optimization strategies.
Ensure client satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships.
Handle client queries and troubleshoot issues promptly and professionally.
Assist in budgeting and invoicing activities related to each client account.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience in client servicing, key account management, or advertising.
Strong command of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
