Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

Project Planning

  • Assist in the preparation of project schedules, work breakdown structure, resource allocation, and define task sequences under senior supervision.

Project Execution

  • Support site teams in carrying out construction activities per approved drawings, specifications, and BOQ; track daily progress.

Reporting

  • Compile and submit daily site reports and updates; escalate issues and delays to superiors.

Quality Control

  • Conduct basic inspections to confirm work meets standards and report deficiencies.

Health & Safety

  • Enforce site safety rules daily; report hazards and incidents promptly.

Contract Compliance

  • Follow drawings, specifications, and contract BOQ precisely; identify and report any contract discrepancies.

Financial Management

  • Assist in preparing and reviewing payment applications and certificates; track costs against budgets.

Subcontractor Management

  • Coordinate schedules and deliverables with subcontractors; monitor their compliance with contracts.

Coordination

  • Facilitate communication between Civil and MEP teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Scheduling & Tracking

  • Update schedules under guidance; monitor task progress and report deviations.

Inventory & Material Management

  • Track material deliveries and consumption; report shortages or surpluses.

 

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 0 to 5 years in building construction projects.

Pay Scale (USD/month)

  • $1,000 - $2,000
