We are looking for a highly organized and focused Junior Operations Executive to support our daily business activities. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in accuracy, can navigate tight deadlines under pressure, and possesses a solid command of Microsoft Excel. This is an excellent opportunity for an undergraduate or intermediate-qualified individual to build a career in business operations.

Role and Responsibilities

Documentation Management

  • Review incoming and outgoing documentation for errors and compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain, organize, and update physical and digital filing systems.
  • Ensure all company documents are accurate, up-to-date, and easily retrievable.

Operational Support

  • Assist the management team with daily operational tasks and coordination.
  • Handle data entry tasks with high speed and precision.
  • Track timelines and ensure necessary paperwork is completed before deadlines

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree or intermediate qualification in Business Administration or a related field

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (fresh candidates may apply)

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a team
