The Junior HRO will be responsible for supporting HR recruitment-related tasks including sourcing candidates online, updating job ads and conducting background checks.
H/She is responsible for managing HR data and maintaining efficient filing systems, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and easy retrieval of information.
The role involves maintaining and updating employee records (digital and physical), organizing and auditing HR files for compliance, scanning and securely archiving documents, supporting data entry and HRIS updates, and retrieving records for management.
He/she should have a clear understanding on HR related matters, particularly policies and procedures of recruitment.

Skills and Qualification:
The ideal candidate must have 16 years of education/Master’s in IT or HR
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar capacity at an institution of good repute.
The individual should possess strong knowledge of computer skills. Additionally, proficiency in English and strong interpersonal/reading skills are essential.
