Job Summary

The Junior Finance Officer will be responsible for visiting schools to monitor fee collection compliance, ensuring timely collection and deposit of fees in the bank, entering fee receipts into the fee management software, and preparing periodic reports on fee collections and outstanding dues for submission to the Unit Head and the Finance Department. The officer will also follow up with relevant units regarding any outstanding payments.

Required Skills
  • The ideal candidate should have at least 16 years of education in Commerce, Business Administration, Public Administration or Economics, along with a minimum of two years of relevant experience.

Note: Internal Candidates who have completed 2 years in current positions are also eligible to apply.
