Job Summary

The Junior Finance Officer will be responsible for supporting financial operations within the framework of the approved policies of AKES, Pakistan Schools in the GB region. This role primarily includes the following functions:

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain financial discipline and ensure compliance with the financial policies in RSDU Gupis.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies / procedures to timely settle the fee outstanding in schools of RSDU Gupis by preparing various analytical reports or bringing critical cases to the knowledge of the School Head/in charge/RSDU Head.
  • Assist the school heads in achieving the targeted Fee Outstanding.
  • Visit each school in the jurisdiction of REDO Gupis to collect the cash collected at schools.
  • Reconcile the student receipts with the cash collected and submit the daily collection report to the RSDU Head.
  • Responsible for banking the collection received from the school, maximum the next day after return.

Required Skills

Skills an Qualification:

  • The ideal candidate must have a Master’s in Commerce / MBA / BBA (Finance) / B.com and
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar capacity at an institution of good repute.
  • The individual should possess strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, treasury, taxation, and organizational skills. Additionally, effective communication, proficiency in English, and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
