The Junior Finance Officer will be responsible for managing the financial operations of assigned schools, ensuring compliance with key financial policies and procedures, and providing effective support to academic teams.
Key responsibilities include processing payments while ensuring adherence to all relevant policies and taxation requirements, recording accurate accounting entries, reconciling daily collection reports, generating and issuing fee challans to students, and managing all student-related transactions (including admission, left, discount etc.) in the system.
Additionally, the role involves maintaining proper records, issuing notices to defaulters, and preparing management reports as required.

Skills And Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s or equivalent degree in finance with at least one year of relevant experience.
Higher qualifications and additional experience will be preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong written and oral communication skills are mandatory.
