We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Fresh Dentist to join our dental clinic. The candidate will be responsible for providing basic dental care, assisting with diagnosis and treatment, educating patients on oral hygiene, and maintaining high standards of patient care and clinical safety. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified dentist to develop practical skills and gain professional experience under the guidance of senior dental professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine dental examinations and assess patients' oral health.
• Diagnose common dental conditions under appropriate supervision.
• Perform basic dental procedures such as scaling, polishing, fillings, and extractions as permitted by qualifications and clinic protocols.
• Take and interpret dental X-rays when required.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive dental care.
• Prepare treatment plans in consultation with senior dentists where required.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
• Assist senior dentists during complex dental procedures.
• Follow infection-control, sterilization, and clinical safety protocols.
• Handle patients professionally and provide a comfortable clinical experience.
• Maintain dental instruments, equipment, and treatment areas.
• Stay updated on dental procedures, techniques, and best practices.

 

Required Skills

Qualifications:

• BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) from a recognized institution.
• Valid dental registration/license as required by the relevant regulatory authority.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and patient-care skills.
• Willingness to learn and work under the supervision of experienced dentists.
