Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, confident, and expressive Junior Business Development to join our team in the digital marketing and development space. The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken and written English, a sharp presence of mind, and the ability to engage prospects through hyper-personalized communication. This role involves strategic outreach, active client engagement, and supporting the sales funnel through high-quality lead generation.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Write hyper-personalized sales copy that resonates with individual prospects and effectively communicates our digital solutions.
  • Conduct high-volume outreach across multiple platforms (email, LinkedIn, freelance portals, social media, etc.) while maintaining a personal tone and strategic approach.
  • Engage and nurture leads by responding to queries, sharing relevant information, and encouraging them to book meetings.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, sales decks, and follow-up emails tailored to specific client needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to align messaging with services and campaigns.
  • Track all interactions in CRM systems to maintain organized communication records and follow-ups.
  • Stay informed about digital marketing and web development trends to speak confidently with prospects.
  • Assist in lead qualification and transfer warm leads to senior business development personnel.
