Job Summary:
As a Junior Accountant, you will support day-to-day financial operations, assist with month-end reporting, and maintain accurate financial records. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone starting their career in accounting.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Assist with data entry and the processing of accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Help maintain financial records and ensure compliance with internal policies
• Assist with payroll processing
• Generate financial reports as needed
• Perform other administrative or accounting duties as assigned
• Work on Zoho Books for accounting process
• Maintain Tax details and monthly sales tax return.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or working toward one)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks & Zoho books, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Also provide Administrative support for the Branches.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship or prior experience in a finance/accounting department
• Familiarity with tax regulations and financial reporting standards
