• Understand customer emails & reply/acknowledge customers with solutions or answers.

• Forward RFQ (request for quote) to backend teams and explain what the customer requires.

• Reporting to the team leads to the end of the day.

Required Skills

Good computer literacy and MS office.

• Good knowledge to use G-Suites or Gmail.

• Good communication skills

• Decision making, attention to detail, logical thinking, and solutions.

• Must be a team player and responsible for actions.

• Must be flexible with working in night shift.

The starting pay range we’re offering is Rs 25,000 - 30,000

• We offer paid leaves & Provident Fund.
