Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and charismatic individuals having knowledge & experience in International E-Commerce to assist our customers on eBay, Amazon, Walmart, & other international marketplaces.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing complex customer situations promptly and professionally.
  • Deliver a class apart from customer experience as measured by performance objectives and in accordance with the core values.
  • Convey interest in each customer through words with courtesy and attention.
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods
  • Answering calls professionally and providing solutions to the customer.
  • Responding to the customer’s queries within the given time frame.


Required Skills

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification Intermediate or Bachelors.
  • Having expertise in reading, writing, and speaking English fluently with a good accent.
  • A web-savvy individual with in-depth knowledge of the internet, search engine & E-commerce field.
  • Strong Writing and Communication Skills.
  • Customer Oriented and able to adapt and respond to different types of customers.
