Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods
Answering calls professionally and providing solutions to the customer.
Responding to the customer’s queries within the given time frame.
Required Skills
Minimum qualification Intermediate or Bachelors.
Having expertise in reading, writing, and speaking English fluently with a good accent.
A web-savvy individual with in-depth knowledge of the internet, search engine & E-commerce field.
Strong Writing and Communication Skills.
Customer Oriented and ability to adapt and respond to different types of customers.
