We are seeking a detail-oriented and fashion-savvy Jewelry Merchandiser to oversee the product lifecycle—from concept to shelf. This role involves planning and managing inventory, analyzing sales trends, and ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for design trends, and a deep understanding of customer buying behavior within the fashion and jewelry sector.

Role and  Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and planning of jewelry collections in line with brand strategy.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer preferences to inform buying and merchandising decisions.
• Work closely with designers and production teams to ensure timely development and delivery of products.
• Plan and manage stock levels, reorders, and product allocations across retail and online channels.
• Create compelling product assortments by balancing style, price points, and target customer needs.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for product launches, promotional strategies, and display plans.
• Monitor the performance of products and recommend actions such as markdowns, restocking, or discontinuation.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in a merchandising, buying, or planning role—ideally in jewelry, fashion, or accessories.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or merchandising software.
• Good understanding of product development, supply chain, and inventory management.
• Awareness of fashion and jewelry trends, and strong aesthetic judgment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing market dynamics.
• Willingness to travel whenever required by the company.
