Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate Italian -to - English and English - to - Italian interpretation
- Assist clients with visa-related queries and documentation support.
- Manage customer, interactions professionally via calls, emails and in-person communication
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of cases.

Skills and Qualification:
- 1-3 year (Customer services interpretation preferred)
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
Language Requirement:
- Proficiency in Italian and English (spoken and written)
