Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate Italian -to - English and English - to - Italian interpretation
  • Assist clients with visa-related queries and documentation support.
  • Manage customer, interactions professionally via calls, emails and in-person communication
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of cases.
  • Maintain records and ensure confidentiality of client information,

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • 1-3 year (Customer services interpretation preferred)

Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent

  • Proficiency in Italian and English (spoken and written)

​Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong verbal and written communication in Italian  customer services orientation
