We are US base IT company based in Karachi Pakistan. Currently we are hiring talent with minium 2 years experience in Voip, Networking, Cloud Infrastructure and 365.

 Role and Responsibilities:
 

• This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karāchi for an IT Tech Support Engineer.
• The role involves providing technical support for hardware, software, networking, voip, office 365 and cloud infrastructure Responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving system issues, maintaining and optimizing IT infrastructure, supporting end-users with technical issues, and ensuring minimal system downtime.
• The role may also involve collaboration with other teams to implement system updates and improvements.

Skill and Qualification:

• Knowledge and experience in VOIP, Networking, Cloud Infrastructure, office  
• Proficiency in Technical Support and Help Desk Support to assist and troubleshoot end-user issues effectively.
• Strong background in Information Technology and System Administration to manage and maintain IT infrastructure.
• Skilled in Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools for continuous learning and improvement.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for effective interaction with team members and users.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar IT support role is advantageous.

Requirement:
Candidate must be able to work in night shift and Pakistan Public Holidays.
Fullent in English.

Salary is based on Experience and Knowledge.
