Job Summary
The IT Support Trainee will be assisting the IT team in delivering the technical solutions for everyday operations effectively. The position reports directly to the IT Support Lead and shall be responsible for providing first-level technical support (related to Hardware, Software, Networks & office applications) to internal and external stakeholders.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Assist in responding to user inquiries regarding software, hardware, & network-related issues.
- Help troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Participate in the setup and installation of new hardware and software as needed.
- Provide technical assistance during meetings and programmatic events.
- Effectively respond to and resolve technical issues reported on the Helpdesk Ticket System.

Skills and Qualification:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of IT principles and practices.
- Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical users.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
