Job Summary


We are looking for an IT Support Professional to join our team. You will help our staff with technical issues, fix problems, and keep our systems running smoothly. This is a night shift role (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Troubleshoot and fix IT problems quickly to avoid delays.
  • Set up and maintain computers, software, printers, and other devices.
  • Help with new device setup (computers, printers, phones, etc.).
  • Manage user accounts and access to keep data safe.
  • Train staff on how to use IT tools properly.
  • Install and update hardware and software.
  • Repair or replace damaged equipment.
  • Keep track of IT inventory (computers, software licenses, etc.).
  • Stay updated on new technology trends.


 

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • 1-2 years of experience in IT support.
  • Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking.
  • Good at problem-solving and helping others.
  • Can work night shifts (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM).
