Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new leads through various prospecting techniques.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Understand customer needs and challenges to recommend the most appropriate IT solutions from our portfolio.
  • Develop compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring successful contract finalization.
  • Manage and exceed assigned sales quotas.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as pre-sales engineers and account managers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies.

Required Skills

Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B IT sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of the current IT landscape, including emerging trends and technologies (e.g., cloud computing, cybersecurity, AI).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
