Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and proactive IT Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales of our comprehensive suite of IT services in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation through various channels including calls, emails, and social media platforms. And then engage the prospects to qualify the leads at the initial level.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various mediums to gather data for lead generation.
  • Conduct lead generation activities through calls, emails, and social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Maintain a database of leads and follow up on potential opportunities.
  • Engage potential leads and customers on an initial level, establishing rapport and understanding their needs.
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders within the organization to ensure the seamless transition of leads and effective communication with concerned personnel.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments to effectively articulate the value proposition of our IT services.

Required Skills

Skills:

  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales in the IT industry
  • Basic understanding of a wide range of IT services including Managed IT Services, Cloud Computing Services, Cybersecurity Solutions, Data Backup and Recovery, Network Infrastructure Setup and Management, VoIP Services, SaaS, Hardware Procurement and Maintenance, IT Consulting, Remote Desktop Support, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and Virtual Private Network (VPN) Services.
  • Ability to engage potential leads and customers on a beginner level
  • Fluency in English with a beginner-level understanding of Arabic.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in sales or lead generation roles.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.

 (Fully Remote - But candidate must be based on Pakistan)
