Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, hardware, and software
  • Monitor and manage network performance and security
  • Provide technical support to staff for hardware and software issues
  • Troubleshoot system errors, network problems, and IT-related issues
  • Maintain IT inventory and system documentation
  • Ensure data backup, recovery, and system security procedures
  • Manage user accounts, access control, and system permissions
  • Support installation of updates, patches, and new applications
  • Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and services

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and operating systems
  • Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Understanding of cybersecurity basics
  • Proficiency in MS Office and common IT tools
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
