Role and Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, hardware, and software
- Monitor and manage network performance and security
- Provide technical support to staff for hardware and software issues
- Troubleshoot system errors, network problems, and IT-related issues
- Maintain IT inventory and system documentation
- Ensure data backup, recovery, and system security procedures
- Manage user accounts, access control, and system permissions
- Support installation of updates, patches, and new applications
- Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and services

Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and operating systems
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Understanding of cybersecurity basics
- Proficiency in MS Office and common IT tools
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
