Network and IT Support

Job Summary

We are accepting applications for the position of Network & IT Support Officer.

• Establishing and managing Local area networks (LANs)
• Installing new software and hardware
• Troubleshoot and Repair Faulty Hardware and Software
• Setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords
• Configuring and maintaining routers, firewalls, Network and System Security
• Installing anti-virus protection
• Fixing network faults
• Providing end user support
• Conducting training and workshops for staff
• Day to day admin and monitoring of network use
• Planning future improvements and suggesting IT solutions to business problems
• Create and present designs using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for E-commerce

Required Skills

• Expertise and hands on experience with Web Applications and Development
• Software Installations, Trouble shoot, configurations
• Bachelor Degree in relevant field.
